I bought this SUV from a car auction. I rebuild the transmission and gave it to my sister

Symptoms;

When placed into reverse the truck would not engage to move backwards. The truck would slip into 3rd and 4th gears.

Problem;

The pump was bad, the sunshell had broke, and the 3rd and 4th area of the input drum was damage.

Solution;

replace the pump, torque converter, repair the input drum, added the upgraded sunshell, and added a master rebuilt kit.
