Owner was slipping and sliding in the snow cause is transmission to go out. He texted me around 1 o’clock  in the morning. I was awake and decided to respond back. He explain to me that he needed the truck for work and could I have it done asap. I explain that I would do my best. Because he used the truck for work he also wanted me to upgrade the transmission to handle heavy duty work loads

Symptom: No Forward movement

Issue: The input gear had broke

Fix: upgraded the input sprag gear, complete rebuild, added a monster sunshell, add a sonnax performance shift to help improve the transmission to deal with the heavy loads
